Online Application:

Candidates are required to submit their application through our online application portal. They will be asked to provide their contact information, resume, and a cover letter outlining their qualifications, relevant experience, and why they are interested in joining our company.

Resume Screening:

Our HR team will carefully review all applications received. They will assess candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as their alignment with the job requirements and the Oeuvre company culture.

Phone Screening:

Selected candidates will be invited for a phone screening interview. This initial conversation serves as an opportunity to further evaluate their suitability for the position, discuss their background and qualifications in more detail, and answer any initial questions they may have.

In-person/Video Interview:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person or video interview with the hiring manager or a panel of interviewers. This interview will delve deeper into their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Behavioral and situational questions may be asked to assess their problemsolving abilities and their alignment with our company values.

Skills Assessment:

Depending on the role, candidates may be required to complete a skills assessment or task to demonstrate their proficiency in a particular area relevant to the position. This may involve a coding test, writing sample, or presentation.

Reference Checks:

For candidates who progress further in the hiring process, reference checks will be conducted to verify their work history, skills, and performance. We will reach out to their provided references to gather insights about their professional capabilities and character.

Final Interview:

The top candidates will be invited for a final interview with senior leadership or key decision-makers within the company. This interview aims to assess their compatibility with the team, evaluate their long-term goals and aspirations, and determine their potential for growth within the organization.

Offer Stage:

After the final interview, a formal job offer may be extended to the successful candidate. The offer will include details such as compensation, benefits, start date, and any other relevant terms and conditions of employment. Candidates will have a specified time frame to review the offer and provide their acceptance.

Onboarding:

Once a candidate accepts the job offer, our onboarding process begins. This includes completing any necessary paperwork, providing access to relevant systems and resources, and organizing an orientation session to familiarize the new employee with our company policies, procedures, and culture.

The administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's administrative operations. This position will involve managing various administrative tasks, assisting with office management, and supporting the team with day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the HR department by assisting with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.

+ Accountant

Oeuvre Events is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing support in various accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions, verifying and entering data into the general ledger system. Ensure all transactions are properly documented and classified.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable: Process invoices, review vendor bills, and ensure timely payment. Monitor customer accounts, generate invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances. Handle billing disputes and inquiries as necessary.

+ IT Officer

Oeuvre Events is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable IT Officer to join our technology team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure the smooth operation and security of servers, workstations, network devices, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support: Respond to end-users technical inquiries and provide timely resolution to hardware, software, and network problems. Assist users in setting up new accounts, installing applications, and troubleshooting issues related to computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Qualifications and Skills
